NEW members, add $275 initiation fee (those who have never been members of Greater First Colony Area Civic Association)

At the September 14, 2011 general membership meeting, the members voted to increase the initiation fee and the annual dues to $275 ($25 annual increase).  This was done to meet necessary expenses and to rebuild our reserves.

Please note the following:
Resident non-owners (renters) in the Greater First Colony area are eligible to become associate members of the Association upon payment of the annual dues.  Associate members are exempt from the inititiation fee. Associate members shall be entitled to all privileges of the Association except that associate members may not vote and connot hold office or other elected postions in the Association.

A non-member who is eligible to join the Association may not use any of the recreational facilities owned or operated by the Association.  A non-member who is eligible to join the Association may not use any of the recreational facilities as a guest of a member.

Please indicate the number of stickers you require for your vehicles (autos, boats and/or trailers). 

Marina fees can be paid with Membership dues by November 15, or seperately by January 31, 2013. Simply indicate which Marina services you require in the fields provided.

You will receive an email confirmation. Stickers will be sent once payment is received. Your check will be matched with your on-line renewal information.

Indicate in Add'l Comments any extra information you may feel necessary, such as extra vehicle license numbers, etc.
