The Greater First Colony Area Civic Association (GFCACA) is a voluntary neighborhood association in Williamsburg, Virginia on the coastal edge of Virginia. We believe this is the very best neighborhood in the country. Come see for yourself.
Access to the lake park, holiday cookouts, soccer field, Park; gazebo, picnic areas, playground, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, Marina; gazebo, deck, beach and fishing area. All common areas, lake, spillways, road entrances and other association property throughout the neighborhood is also maintained using membership fees.

We want to continuously create a better community for everyone, so YOUR suggestions are important. We may or may not be able to implement them right away though if not today, we will take the information down for future updates and improvements. Board members are elected each December for the following calendar year. Each board position serves a two-year term. Serving on the board is a great way to meet your neighbors and help make our community a better place for everyone. If you are interested in serving on the board, please contact the Board President or Business Manager.
Board meetings are held the second Thursday of January, February, April, May, July, August, October, and November at 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse unless otherwise planned. These meetings are for board members and anyone who has business on the agenda.
General Membership meetings are held four times per year on the second Thursday of March, June, September, and December at 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse unless otherwise planned. Contact the Board President if you have issues you would like the board to discuss. The general public are welcome at these meetings, however only GFCACA members may vote on issues.

The Board President appoints a chair of each standing committee. The chair selects as many members, and hold as many meetings, as the chair believes necessary for the committee to run efficiently.
