General Membership meetings are held four times per year on the second Thursday of March, June, September, and December at 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse unless otherwise planned. Contact the Board President if you have issues you would like the board to discuss. The general public are welcome at these meetings, however only GFCACA members may vote on issues.

Typically, there is a social 1/2 hour with drinks and light snacks prior to the meeting beginning at 6:30.
